The Clifton Food Range® Immersion Circulator (FL4CA) is a space saving clip on heater/stirrer unit. It can be fitted in seconds onto a gastronorm tank of up to 56 litres. It is portable (carry case also available) and its compact design works where space is limited in the kitchen. It creates a precise temperature controlled environment to 0.05°C.
The Immersion Circulator includes an integrated timer, audio/visual notifications and will retain current temperature settings in memory even after ‘power off.’ The notification ‘FILL’ will indicate low level water.
It is ideal for limited space kitchens or chefs who need portable sous vide equipment.
An immersion grid is available; it is used to keep food items which may tend to float immersed under water in the bath at all times. Ideal for long slow cooks.
A special lid is available to provide insulation when cooking sous vide to ensure water is not lost through evaporation when doing long slow cooks.
