The smoker is made by French manufacturer de Buyer. It is great for giving food a woody taste.
During the smoking process food is subjected, over a certain period of time, to smoke which has an antiseptic effect and increases shelf life while enhancing its flavour.
With de Buyer’s smoker, you can smoke meat, poultry, ‘charcuterie’ and fish.
Two sizes are available: large (60 x 40 cm) or small (31 x 31 cm).
Beech sawdust supplied with the smoker and also as accessory in either 0.5kg or 15kg bags.
