Venta, by German brand Büchin Design, known for its modular buffet system, has now developed a modular cooking system called ‘Elements’ for theatre cooking indoors or outdoors.
Ideal for contract caterers, hotels and events venues.

- Venta users can reutilise their existing Stage buffet tables as cooking stations, meaning they can add ‘Elements’ cooking system to their F&B operations without acquiring complete new tables. They only need the table frame elements and the cooking elements. This brings flexibility to the system as it can be used alternatively or simultaneously for hot holding, as ambient or cold tables or for cooking in front of guests.
- Operators can build up their cooking equipment starting with Venta’s smallest table ‘Stage 80 XS’ (80 cm x 80 cm) meaning you can start small and grow your front-of-house cooking equipment over time.
- Instead of the glass or compact tabletop, a square Elements table frame made of stainless steel is now placed on the existing table frame. The square dimension has the advantage that the table frame can be used both lengthways and widthways allowing various positioning options in a room.
- To ensure odourless cooking indoors, a mobile extraction unit, Airmobil, was developed and designed especially for table size XS. With its external dimensions of 80 x 30 cm, Venta’s Airmobil can be placed precisely to the right, left or in front of a Stage 80 XS Elements cooking table and can thus be adapted to the daily changing requirements of a hospitality venue.
First you choose a table:
Depending on the chosen table, it is necessary to add the relevant table frame (table_frame_STAGE_50_ELEMENTS or table_frame_STAGE_80_ELEMENTS) in which the selected cooking element will be inserted. The next step is to choose cooking component/s.
